Our standard
We design and maintain this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance for public-facing websites and by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
What we have implemented
- Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast requirements
- Full keyboard operability, a visible focus indicator, and a skip-to-content link on every page
- Semantic landmarks, one clear heading structure per page, and labeled forms with visible error and status messaging
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative images hidden from assistive technology
- Reduced-motion support that honors the visitor's operating-system preference
- Layouts that reflow for zoom up to 200% and small-screen devices without horizontal scrolling
Known limitations
If we enable a third-party scheduling embed on the Schedule a Meeting page, that widget's internal accessibility is governed by its provider. The meeting-request form on that page remains available as a fully accessible alternative.
Feedback
If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, or you need any content in an alternative format, email [email protected] with the page address and a description of the barrier. We aim to respond within two business days and to resolve verified barriers promptly.
