1. Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including information you submit through the Site’s contact and meeting-request forms and information collected automatically in connection with your use of the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels other than the Site, nor to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Site, whose practices are governed by their own policies.
2. Information You Provide
The Site’s forms request the following categories of personal information: name; organization; email address; telephone number (optional); and the free-text description of your inquiry, request, or meeting purpose, together with any consents you elect to grant. Provision of such information is voluntary; however, we cannot respond to inquiries submitted without the information reasonably necessary to do so.
3. Method of Transmission; No On-Site Storage
Upon submission of a form, the Site composes a message within your own email application, addressed to [email protected], containing the information you entered. Transmission occurs only if and when you elect to send that message. The Site itself does not store, cache, or otherwise retain form submissions, and does not employ cookies, local storage, analytics services, advertising technologies, or tracking technologies of any kind. In the event the Company enables a form-delivery service, the information you submit will additionally be transmitted to that service by encrypted connection for the sole purpose of delivery to the Company, and this Policy will be updated to identify the processor.
4. Information Collected Automatically
The Company’s hosting infrastructure generates standard server logs, which may include Internet Protocol (IP) address, requested resources, browser type, and timestamps. Such logs are processed for security, integrity, and operational purposes and are retained no longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes. The Site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts; accordingly, your browser transmits a request to Google LLC that discloses your IP address and browser characteristics, and such processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. The Site initiates no other third-party requests.
5. Purposes of Processing
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes: (a) to respond to inquiries and meeting requests; (b) to prepare and transmit proposals, resources, and related engagement materials that you request; (c) to maintain ordinary business records; (d) to protect the security and integrity of the Company’s systems; (e) to comply with applicable law; and (f) where you have granted express consent, to provide relevant follow-up communications, each of which will include a functioning means of opting out, which the Company will honor promptly.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company discloses personal information only: (a) to service providers performing functions on the Company’s behalf, limited to email, hosting, and, if enabled, form-delivery or scheduling providers, in each case solely as necessary to perform such functions; (b) at your direction; (c) as required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. The Company does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done either in the twelve (12) months preceding the Effective Date.
7. Third-Party Scheduling Services
If the Company enables a third-party scheduling widget on the Schedule a Meeting page, information entered into that widget is collected and processed by the widget provider as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, and the provider will be identified on that page. The Company’s own meeting-request form remains available as an alternative at all times.
8. Retention
Correspondence and related records are retained for so long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in Section 5, to satisfy legal, accounting, or professional-responsibility obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims, after which they are deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course. Verified deletion requests are honored except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity.
9. Your Rights
Subject to verification and to exceptions provided by applicable law, you may request: (a) confirmation of whether the Company holds personal information concerning you; (b) access to and a portable copy of such information; (c) correction of inaccurate information; (d) deletion of such information; and (e) withdrawal of any previously granted consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Requests may be submitted to [email protected]. The Company will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days. The Company will not discriminate against any person for exercising rights under this Section. Although certain of these rights arise under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and analogous state statutes, the Company extends them to all individuals regardless of residence.
10. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Because the Site retains no submitted information, personal information resides principally in the Company’s email and business systems, which are protected by commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and modern account authentication. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and the Company cannot warrant absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is a business-to-business service directed to industrial operators and is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Company, contact [email protected] and the information will be deleted.
12. Users Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from another jurisdiction, you acknowledge that information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
The Company may amend this Policy from time to time. Amendments will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date and apply prospectively. The Company will not materially reduce the protections applicable to previously collected information without providing notice.
14. Contact
